In boiling water, cook the tomatillos and chilles serranos for 1 or 2 minutes. Blend all the ingredients together in food processor or blender until smooth. You can use this fresh salsa in tacos or quesadillas, or if you like you can heat it and use as a sauce for chicken, fish, meats, rice, etc. (In a saucepan add a small amount of vegetable oil and when it is warm add the salsa, heat for 20 minutes or so. |
