This recipe is sure to please friends and family when you serve it at your next party or gathering.Ingredients1/2 ripe Papaya peeled seeded and cut into 1/4 inch dice (other fresh Papayas may be substituted)1/4 ripe Pineapple peeled cored and cut into 1/4 inch dice 1 ripe Organic Mango peeled seeded and cut into 1/4 inch dice 1 small Red Onion peeled and cut into 1/4 inch dice 1 Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) trimmed and cut into 1/4 inch dice Dried Habanero Chiles Fresh (use 1/4 or 1/2) dice very fine 1 tablespoon Cilantro finely chopped 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1 pinch Salt 1 pinch Sugar PreparationCombine all ingredients and season to taste. Set aside for 20 minutes while flavors meld. Serve at room temperature or chilled. |
